In order to protect the safety online of all staff and students, Smith Music School must ensure that parents adhere to the following conditions:

• Log on to Zoom using parents' accounts;
• Ensure that a parent is present at the start of the lessons and in the same room for the duration of the lesson;
• Only the child named is visible in the lesson;
• The lesson must be conducted in a shared room of the house (e.g. living room);
• Children must be suitably dressed for the lesson (i.e. no pyjamas).

Smith Music School reserves the right to remove children if they are not deemed to be behaving in an appropriate manner.
